Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with crickux
These Terms & Conditions constitute the complete legal agreement between you and crickux governing your access to and use of the platform, including all betting, casino, payment, and account services available to players in Bangladesh. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.
By creating an account or placing a bet on crickux, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your crickux account credentials. All activity carried out under your account is your responsibility unless you report unauthorised access promptly.
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one account on crickux. Creating duplicate accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing limits is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
All deposits and withdrawals on crickux are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through verified local payment partners including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and major Bangladeshi banks. No hidden fees are applied by crickux on standard transactions.
Access to crickux is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process, and any account found to be held by a minor will be suspended and funds returned after investigation.
crickux reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on their account before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the crickux platform — including the sports betting section, live casino, slots lobby, and any promotional or informational pages — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the platform.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of crickux regardless of how they access the platform — whether via a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any Progressive Web App (PWA) installation. They apply equally to guest browsing, registered account holders, and anyone participating in any promotional activity offered by crickux.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations. Any dispute arising from your use of crickux that cannot be resolved through the standard support process will be subject to binding arbitration as described in the Disputes section of this document. crickux operates as a safe and reliable platform using SSL encryption and certified fair-play systems.
crickux may, at its sole discretion, amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, crickux will notify registered players by email to the address held on their account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of crickux after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Eligibility and Age Restriction
Access to crickux is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. crickux does not permit access to persons under 18 under any circumstances.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
- You are not acting on behalf of another person or as a professional gambler operating under any third-party arrangement not disclosed to crickux.
- You have not previously been self-excluded or excluded by crickux and had your account permanently closed.
- You are of sound mind and are accessing the platform voluntarily with a clear understanding that gambling involves risk of financial loss.
As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, crickux requires all registered players to submit valid identity documents confirming their name, date of birth, and residential address. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification valid in Bangladesh. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending resolution. Any winnings accrued during an unverified period may be withheld until verification is successfully completed.
If crickux has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has provided false information regarding their age or identity, the platform reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, void all bets and transactions made during the period of misrepresentation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required. crickux takes underage gambling extremely seriously and supports all reasonable measures to prevent it.

Account Registration and Security
To access the full range of services on crickux — including placing bets, participating in live casino games, claiming bonuses, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and preferred payment method details.
Each individual player is permitted to maintain exactly one active account on crickux. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where crickux identifies duplicate accounts held by the same individual, all accounts beyond the first verified account will be closed, any bonuses claimed through duplicate accounts will be voided, and the player may be permanently banned from the platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person, allow any other person to access your account, or use another player's account credentials for any purpose. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify crickux support at support@crickux immediately. crickux will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend account access to protect your funds.
crickux recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their account. While 2FA is not currently mandatory, it provides a significant additional layer of security and is strongly encouraged, particularly for accounts with high transaction volumes. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
All financial transactions on crickux are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). crickux supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of local payment methods tailored specifically to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and will be reflected in the Cashier section of your account.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your crickux account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier section at the time of each transaction. crickux does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider (e.g., bKash or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside crickux's control.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by the crickux payments team and are typically completed within 1–24 hours during normal operating conditions, subject to the processing times of the receiving payment provider. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed full KYC verification. Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have previously been used to deposit to the account, or to a method registered and verified under the same legal identity as the account holder.
crickux reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that it deems unusually large, that originates from an account with incomplete KYC, or that it has reason to believe may be connected to fraudulent activity. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or terms violations. Any funds established as having been obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited.
Responsible financial use: Players are encouraged to use the deposit limit tools available in their account settings to manage their spending on crickux. Deposit limits can be set on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis and take effect immediately when reduced. Increasing a deposit limit is subject to a mandatory review period before the increase becomes active.

Bonuses and Promotions
crickux offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, which are published at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that offer only.
Wagering requirements: Most bonuses offered by crickux are subject to wagering requirements — a minimum number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified clearly in each promotion's terms. Players are strongly advised to read these before claiming any bonus.
Bonus abuse: crickux actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using low-risk or mathematically risk-free betting strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; and collusion between players to exploit bonus mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, crickux reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.
Promotion availability: Promotions may be time-limited or available only to players who meet specific eligibility criteria, such as residency in Bangladesh, account verification status, or minimum deposit history. crickux reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already incurred by players who have validly claimed an offer before any change takes effect.

Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed on crickux are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, market, or game type in question, as published in the Rules section of the relevant product area. General principles applicable across all betting and gaming activity on crickux are set out below.
Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until crickux has issued a bet confirmation reference number. In the event of a technical fault, network interruption, or system error during the bet placement process, crickux reserves the right to void bets that were not fully confirmed prior to the error occurring. Bets accepted in error — for instance, at clearly incorrect odds due to a system fault — may be voided at crickux's discretion, with the stake returned to the player's account balance.
Live / in-play betting: In-play markets on cricket, football, and other sports are subject to temporary suspension around significant match events (e.g., wickets, goals, injuries). Bets placed during a suspended market window will be voided. crickux uses real-time data feeds to manage in-play markets but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and accepts no liability for market outages caused by external data provider issues.
Casino and slot games: All casino games and slot titles available on crickux use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited for fairness. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) for each game is published within the game's information panel. Players acknowledge that casino games are games of chance and that past outcomes have no statistical bearing on future results.
Maximum winnings: Maximum single-transaction or single-session winnings limits apply to certain game types and betting markets. These limits are published in the relevant game or market rules. crickux reserves the right to enforce maximum win caps and to withhold payment of any amount exceeding an applicable cap pending review.

Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on crickux. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds obtained through such conduct, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any interaction with crickux support, including false identity documents or fabricated payment confirmation screenshots.
- Money laundering: Using crickux accounts to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, market, or promotional offer.
- Arbitrage and matched betting at scale: Using automated systems, bots, or coordinated strategies specifically designed to extract profit from crickux without genuine gambling risk, including systematic exploitation of free bets or bonuses.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or dispute with a payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank, etc.) in relation to a deposit made to crickux without first raising the matter through the crickux support process. Chargeback fraud will result in permanent account closure and debt recovery proceedings.
- Unauthorised software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any third-party tool that interacts with the crickux platform in a manner not authorised in these terms.
- Underage gambling: Attempting to access or use crickux while under the age of 18, or knowingly assisting a minor to access the platform.
crickux employs a dedicated security and fraud prevention team that monitors platform activity around the clock. Detection methods include transaction pattern analysis, device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and behavioural analytics. Players who believe they have been incorrectly flagged for prohibited conduct may appeal via the support team at support@crickux.

Account Closure and Suspension
Players may request the closure of their crickux account at any time by contacting the support team at support@crickux. Upon receiving a valid closure request, crickux will process the closure within 24 hours. Any remaining account balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeline. Bonus funds not yet subject to a valid pending withdrawal will be forfeited upon account closure.
crickux reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including identity fraud or payment fraud
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request
- Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements, including the minimum age of 18
- Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7
- Receipt of a valid law-enforcement or regulatory request to suspend or close the account
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, crickux will endeavour to complete its investigation within 14 calendar days and notify the player of the outcome. During a suspension period, the player will not be able to log in, place bets, access games, or initiate withdrawals. If the investigation concludes with no finding against the player, access will be restored and any withheld legitimate balance will be returned in full.
Responsible gaming closure: Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool available under Account Settings or to contact support. A responsible gaming closure is treated differently from a standard closure: it cannot be reversed for a minimum cooling-off period, and crickux will take reasonable steps to ensure the player cannot re-register during the exclusion period.
